I have produced a reflection report to track my progress over the unit, this helps close the unit and allows me to assess my strenghts and weaknesses which can help me in future units. I think I have produced a good level of work and the feedback I got on my website supports this. I have learned how to use Dreamweaver and how to use Photoshop to edit images for the web. I have gained an understanding of html and XHTML and know the advantages and disadvantages of each. I found the work on Legal and Ethical considerations and constraints useful and it made me realise how much background work goes into a website. Semiotics, visual cues and colour theory are visual elements that have an effect on the user.
I have learned a lot during this course and feel that the skills I have improved will come in handy for other units.
